I've read several posts where people have had the same issue I'm having...when I try to open the app on my FitBit, it says "uh-oh, your email address/username or password is incorrect. Make sure the..."
And it cuts off there, with no way to view the rest of message. I have double and triple checked my username & password, also tried using the email signed up with. Still no go. I have no trouble using the app on my phone. It works flawlessly. But I would enjoy the extra convenience of having it on my wrist.
Anyone have any luck in resolving this issue? Any suggestions?
