Reported by Melanie with a Versa
I had installed this onto my fitbit.. installed it on my cell. anyways I joined and did the signing on and my password says wrong.. I cant connect it with my fitbit
Reported by Quinn with a Versa I’ve typed in my credentials perfectly and the app still shows this screen. I don’t know what I might have done wrong because I copy and pasted my username from my account settings, and, re-logged in to my account with the exact password that I typed in to make sure it was right. Also why does it say your email might be wrong, because i thought there’s no place you type in an email?
Reported by Martin Installed the Habitica app, but won't connect, despite all credential info being 100% correct.

Sorry for the issues. I'm working on testing this on a Versa (I've only had an Ionic). The Fitbit submission process did not find any issues, but the account had a very simple password. I've used a more complex password with my own account. To troubleshoot, could anyone change their password to a more simple password and see if that fixes it?

I'm still having a little trouble logging in so can someone reply if I get something wrong with the following steps please? (Btw, I have an ionic). The way you get the app to work by my understanding currently is: 1. Type credentials into the Habitica setting page in the Fitbit app. 2. come to this page and make an account using the previouly typed credentials 3. Open the app on your Fitbit device and have everything work If that is how it's supposed to work than I have a problem, I am stuck between steps two and three. I've made an account but the app on my watch still isn't working (even after sync) and is showing that screen where it says check to make sure your email, password, etc is correct. If someone could help me with this that would be great

I can't log in on my Versa either....I really wish I could cause I don't see any other habit apps in the store. This one seems awesome, but can't even try it. It's the kind of app I'd even be willing to pay for if it worked.

Same issue as the user fishy. Also Ionic. Would really like to use the app. Any help would be appreciated! I figured out the issue finally! Coming to the Habitica Fitbit Boards page and logging-in here won't do it for you. You need to download the Habitica app on your phone, create an account, etc, use that account information in the username and password fields on the Habitica Fitbit app. Mine works now!!!
