Reported by Allison with a Versa I just tried installing Habitica on my Fitbit Versa and it installed OK but when I click on the app it says loading tasks and then it crashes. I tried uninstalling it and installing it again and that didn't work.
Reported by Mc G with a Versa Hi! I downloaded your Habitica app for the Fitbit Versa and I know the login information is correct, but for some reason Habitica keeps crashing at ‘loading tasks’ instead of progressing beyond that?

I've tested now on a Fitbit Versa with no problems. This might be an issue with the phone, the Fitbit app, or the Fitbit app platform. I've tested this all on a Samsung S6 and Note 8.
Here are something to try in this case: Restart your phone. This will reset the bluetooth and the Fitbit app. You can also try restarting the watch (under settings). Do both of these at the same time to force bluetooth on both devices to clear out any kinks.
If you get a success, please report back with your experience. If not, please let me know what kind of phone you have.
Thanks!!!

I have an iPhone 6 Plus and a Fitbit Versa. No dice. The watch just keeps saying connecting to Fitbit app but nothing ever comes up. Any word on a fix for this???

I have an iPhone 8, and I am also unable to login on my Fitbit Versa. I tried restarting my phone, restarting the watch, and installing the latest software update on my phone. I’m looking forward to learning how this issue can be addressed.

Habaitica will not work with my Fitbit versa, it keeps telling me my username and password is incorrect but I have typed and retyped the same information I used to login here.

Would really like to connect to my Versa 2. Gets to “loading tasks” then crashes.

So it's now July 2, 2020... And I'm still getting the "uh-oh email address/user name/password is incorrect." Has anyone been able to figure out a solution to this issue yet or have we just decided to call it quits and say Versa (and any other version having issues) isn't compatible for some reason with this app? I'm not gonna keep an app installed I can't use on my Fitbit, especially if there's no sign of any kind of recourse to fix it.. Like ever (or after 2+ years anyway lol)
